Chef Zo has been lucky enough to travel and learn from some of the greats. As the new culinary leader at Derecho, they aim to focus on community outreach and sustainable practices, all while cultivating relationships with local farmers. They love to create plates that look effortless, despite being meticulously crafted. With a laid back vibe but a strong eye for detail, Chef Zo envisions their food to be approachable while still pushing the limits of creativity and technique.
Anna has recently joined us as GM after almost a year abroad, traveling to various exotic destinations and wine regions around the world. She is a sommelier and a trained chef herself, having worked both in the kitchen and on the floor of recognizable restaurant groups such as the St Julien Hotel in Boulder and Drago Centro in downtown LA. At Derecho, Anna's diverse skills and experiences come together to create an unforgettable atmosphere, where her love of food, wine, and connecting with others truly shines.
